1. How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Once we receive your order, we’ll reach out to confirm details, schedule your delivery, and collect your deposit.

2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes! We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on delivery day.

3. Will you set up the pumpkins for me?
Absolutely! We don’t just drop them off—we place and style your pumpkins so your space is ready to wow.

4. Can I choose where my pumpkins go?
Yes! You’re welcome to give us guidance, and sending a photo of your space helps us plan the layout.

5. How long will the pumpkins last?
Pumpkins are natural products, so their lifespan depends on weather, placement, and care. We don’t replace pumpkins once they begin to naturally age, rot, or attract critters.

6. What happens if animals or insects get to my pumpkins?
While we can’t control nature, we recommend keeping pumpkins in well-lit, visible areas. Pop of Pumpkin isn’t responsible for damage caused by animals or insects.

7. Do pumpkins stain surfaces?
Yes, pumpkins can sometimes leave marks or stains on surfaces like stoops, porches, or driveways. We aren’t liable for any stains or discoloration left behind.

8. Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We’re happy to discuss customized packages based on large or multiple spaces.

9. What areas do you deliver to?
We’re based in Westchester, NY and serve surrounding areas including Southern Connecticut. Contact us to see if we deliver to your neighborhood!

10. Do you take the pumpkins away after the season?
Removal is an additional cost – we can remove your pumpkins at the end of the season.

11. When do deliveries start?
Our delivery weeks for the 2025 season are: Week 1 October 6-12, Week 2 October 13-19, Week 3 October 20-26, Week 4 October 27-November 2, Week 5 November 3-9, Week 6 November 10-16, Week 7 November 17-23

12. Do I need to be home during delivery?
You do not need to be home for us to setup. If you have any special instructions prior to our arrival, please let us know when you schedule your delivery

13. Do you offer packages for businesses or events?
Definitely! We create displays for storefronts, offices, parties, and special events. Contact us for custom pricing.

14. Can I order more than one package?
Of course! Many clients order multiple packages for larger spaces or different parts of their home.

15. Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable, as they hold your spot on our calendar and cover the cost of reserving pumpkins.

16. Can I gift a package to someone else?
Yes! Pumpkin packages make a great fall surprise. Just let us know during checkout and we’ll coordinate delivery with the recipient.

17. Do you come back to rearrange pumpkins after delivery?
We don’t offer re-styling visits, but we’re happy to give placement suggestions before your delivery to make sure everything is perfect the first time.
