- No Liability for Accidents or Injuries – Pop of Pumpkin is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur in connection with our products. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Tripping or falling due to pumpkins or pumpkin displays
- Injuries resulting from a pumpkin falling or being knocked over
- Slips, trips, or falls caused by placement or movement of pumpkins
- Environmental Factors – Pop of Pumpkin is not liable for any damage to pumpkins caused by weather, animals, insects or other environmental factors.
- Natural Product Disclaimer – Pumpkins are natural products and will naturally age, decay, and/or change over time. Pop of Pumpkin does not guarantee the longevity of pumpkins and will not replace pumpkins that begin to rot, mold, or deteriorate.
- Surface Staining – Pop of Pumpkin is not responsible for any staining, discoloration, or residue left by pumpkins on porches, stoops, driveways, walkways, or other surfaces.
- Customer Responsibility – Once pumpkins are delivered, assembled, or picked up, care, placement and safety precautions are the responsibility of the customer.
